1. Business must have a minimum of 6 employees.
2. Business must be located within Montrose.
3. Chair massage time will be limited to 10 minutes per employee, a maximum of 2 hours and 10 employees.
4. Tips are not included and are greatly appreciated.
5. All massage recipients must be over the age of 18.
6. Entrant agrees to receive occasional mailings from The Massage Store via e-mail or US Mail.
